Bij Praktijk Flora Nova vertrouwen we op het natuurlijke vermogen tot herstel dat in ieder mens aanwezig is. Ik ben Floor Tiddens\u2011Tordoir, psychotherapeut en GZ\u2011psycholoog. In de natuur zie ik hoe periodes van rust, terugtrekking en verstilling vaak voorafgaan aan nieuwe groei. Die beweging herken ik ook in mensen: moeilijke fases zijn zelden een eindpunt, maar eerder een onderdeel van een groter ontwikkelproces.<\/p>\n

In therapie gaan we terug naar de wortels: wat er onder de oppervlakte leeft aan ervaringen, patronen en overtuigingen. Met tijd, aandacht en de juiste omstandigheden ontstaat er ruimte om los te laten wat niet langer dient en om te laten groeien wat belangrijk is. Stap voor stap, zoals tijdens een wandeling door het bos.<\/div>
